This working is good if someone or something is still pulling on your energy. This can be a person, habit, addiction, trauma, behavior, thoughts, or even an environment. As these can be intense, you will feel it on not only a spiritual level but a physical level as well — your body can and will release in various way such as more bathroom trips, chills, sleeping, crying, anger, etc. Sometimes a cord cutting still requires physical work on your part too depending on what it’s for.
